LIFE Program Summary

The LIFE program is a program for public housing seniors over the age of 60 years old who have little to no family support. The LIFE Program is funded under the ROSS elderly grant. This program provides the following services:

Intensive case management to ensure all eligible services are in place and continued follow-up thereafter.
Wellness activities to encourage seniors to get out of their home and interact with others.
Housekeeping Services for those that are unable to take care of normal cleaning of their apartment.
