
Bids must be in writing, sealed and clearly marked “BID ON 22 ROWLEY” on the outside of the envelope. Bids must be submitted to HACG at 511 Augusta Street, Greenville, SC 29605 by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2012.
A one-time walk through of the property is scheduled for Wednesday, January 18th at 2:00 P.M.
The property is being offered in “as is, where is” condition with no express or implied warranties. GHA must receive a 5% deposit of certified funds payable to GHA within 48 hours after the successful bidder has been notified. Full payment of the balance must be made by certified funds within thirty (30) business days after successful bidder has been notified. Failure to submit payment(s) may result in rejection of the bid.
The minimum bid is $182,000.00.

HACG will provide up to 200 vouchers to existing properties, properties that will be substantially rehabilitated or new construction properties that comply with program requirements.
