The Housing Authority of the City of Greenville, SC is primarily funded through the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development and is required to follow the requirements
of
24 CFR 85.36,
the HACG Procurement Policy, and any applicable SC State Law for all
procurement activities. HUD also provides a guidebook covering purchasing
